MIRAS TASTES

If you live in the lands of Anatolia that ruled the world, you must live up to your name. Kutahya. The city where you exist.  One side is Aizanoi – Çavdarhisar: the civilization where the world's first stock exchange was established; On the other hand, Domaniç is the place where the world empire Ottoman came to life. Moreover, it is the city where the first collective bargaining agreement was signed, in short, it is the city that has opened the doors of trade from yesterday to today. That being the case, it is impossible to remain indifferent to this legacy.

In 1989, we kept up with the times and established Ceylan Market, using our surname as our business name.

HAYMAANA

We entered the sector as a market operator, but we adopted the principle of bringing products that were not available in our city and putting them on our shelves. For example, we were the first to offer Rosehip Tea, Surprise Egg, Chiquita Banana, local cheese varieties and similar products to consumers in Kütahya. This principle of ours extended to Food Wholesaling in 1992. Because it would be too costly for a market to buy and store each product little by little. Then one Ramadan day, everything changed when the manufacturer we supplied manti from let us down. We were a food wholesaler and our customers trusted us and placed their orders for Ramadan.  We couldn't be embarrassed, we had to find a solution urgently. If necessary, we would produce manti ourselves and that's what we did. Our first product, MANTI, was produced with this story. In 1999, we were completely a manufacturer, but without a brand, we could not have a distinctive feature.

We first registered our HAYMAANA brand by saying that there is no tomorrow without yesterday. We wanted Mother Hayme to have leadership, abundance and clarity.

Then our Yufka, Noodles and Tarhana came off the production line. We registered our MIRAS LEZZETLER brand so that these heritage flavors can reach our consumers from the hands of Haymaana.

As we increased our market share, expanding production volume became inevitable.

In 2003, we built our factory with a closed area of 750 m² and an open area of 7000 m² and started to establish our machinery park. Today, our closed area limits are 2500 m².

The industry we are in is a sector that is constantly advancing and always requires healthy innovations. That's why we started mass production of our products, which we call 'Fresh Group', in 2004. However, just producing it was not enough; it was necessary to extend its shelf life without using additives. 2 years of research yielded results in 2006 and we switched to MAP Packaging technology. (MAP: Modified Atmosphere Packaging= Replacing the air in the package with food gases to preserve the shelf life at its original quality by natural means.)

As time passed, the harsh conditions of competition, trends, national and international competition styles, larger facilities, more different machines, but always traditional methods continued to grow with us as our production policy. In 2008, our Cookies met with our consumers, and in 2012, our Water Pastry met with our consumers.

While we expanded to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus with our dumplings, we also started to appear in the European Arena with our cookies. The first criticisms in this field were conveyed to us as "Heritage Flavors and cookies do not match". It was our duty to conduct a historical research and to present the uncompromising attitude we showed in the production of Heritage Flavors to our customers with their stories, both in terms of our producer identity and our principle of keeping our pacta.

When the sultan knocked on the door of a poor household at an iftar time and asked the name of the delicious soup he drank, the landlady said, "Sir, there is nothing else in my household, there is only this soup you drink; It is Dar Household Soup'  Although it is explained as follows, it is a soup that came to life with the Turks who chose to dry the yoghurt to preserve it and added it to this yoghurt over time.

A look at the Topkapı Palace Cuisine Food Lists from the 15th century reveals that the Sultan of Cihan, Mehmed the Conqueror, ate manti for breakfast five days a week. In Central Asia, vereleme, çüçüböre; While it is called hangel-hingel in Anatolia, it is called ravioli in the West.

The dish, which the Chinese call 'la mien' (stretching dough) and the Turks add to the literature as Noodles, is named after Dr. It proves that Garnaud spread all over the world via trade routes, especially the Silk Road.

Let's come to Yufkaya. It is known as the bread of our tables. It was dried and transported on migration routes and accompanied with meals. Our Tiritlik Yufka is known as the base of boiled chicken and meat in Kütahya, as a dessert dipped in sherbet in Southern Marmara, and as Siron in the Black Sea.

As for cookies, Mahmud of Kaşgar mentions in his Divânnü Lügât-it Türk that Turks have various types of bread. One of these is ÇUKMIN, or sweet bread. Chukmin is today's cookie and cookie.

Although meringue is in the cookie category, it is a flavor legend made by combining egg whites and sugar. It is also known as Sham Sugar, Hollow, and Mereng in various regions of Anatolia.

This is how the history that sheds light on our brands and products is shaped. Because our brands are not just Haymaana and Miras Lezzetler. Çomçak (water bowl with handle carved from pine for drinking water, çömçe, susak), Cimcik (local dish of Kütahya; has a geographical indication), 43, Elli, Çinili, Haymaana Supper Cup, EU Menzil are also Ceyda Food Brands. Our company also has an Industrial Design. These ownerships enabled us to work as a supplier with Lufthansa Airlines, one of the best airlines in the world, for many years because the brand shows the power of the product. We continue our work today, tirelessly and tirelessly. As we mentioned at the beginning, we export to Europe, Australia and America. We serve our consumers through our dealers in Turkey, but our production is not limited to bakery foods. In order to leave a livable world to future generations, we produce electricity with a clean and renewable energy source, that is, Solar Energy System, and offer it to the grid.

               And

Finally, let me tell you how we got the reward of all this effort, all this sweat, all this effort:

  • Entry to the 2010 Tax Breaker Lists

  • International Road Traffic Safety participant

  • 2013 Kütahya Governorship Inter-High School Composition Competition Sponsorship. Subject: Motherhood with Its Historical Effects on the Personality of Ana Hayme.

Awards:

In the competition organized by Capital and Ekonomist magazines and sponsored by international companies, the brands leading the rise of Turkey were selected:

  • 2012 Anatolian Brands Türkiye 3rd place

  • 2016 Anatolian Brands Türkiye 2nd Place

  • 2017 Anatolian Brands Türkiye 1st Place

We are aware that the path from being an Anatolian brand to becoming a world brand is through observing all values from production to consumption.

We are working to transfer Heritage Flavors to the future by assimilating the traditional and meticulous production called Artisan, today as it was yesterday.
